We Are

TRINITY GROUP INTERNATIONAL

IT STARTS WITH US
UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS

The essential first step in helping to maximize a new partner’s brand position is to develop a thorough understanding of the company, the products and the end users. By following our “Best Questions Approach”, the team at Trinity Group works with vendors to identify all of the attributes that will best position a listing that will eventually result in maximizing its position on the e-commerce platform. Through this “Best Questions Approach”, a comprehensive list of what is needed is identified and then fleshed out. Once all of the key ingredients are identified, then the creative process at Trinity Group begins!

SUCCESS IS THEN BUILT FROM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Trinity Group International was formed from an idea that came from a chance meeting of its founders in the summer of 2015. Between the three founding partners, Jim Dyke, Jason Ross and Jose Ruiz, there was at the time, over 70 years of combined experience in a broad list of areas: marketing, brand management, sales, strategic sales consulting, e-commerce, search engine optimization, manufacturing, brand licensing…plus many years of experience in global assignments addressing the challenges of multi-country sales and channel growth. By November of 2015, the three developed a vision of how to uniquely help organizations best position themselves on the Amazon platform to deal with the many complexities of managing a channel that can often seem unmanageable.

Once together, the combined experience lead to the development of the “A.I.M. Process”,  which is a unique, proprietary methodology that our team members follow when developing a plan to maximize a vendors position on an e-commerce platform. Trinity Group ultimately works to become an invaluable extension of a vendors go to market team.

OUR MISSION

We are committed to versatility, adaptability, and most importantly our vendor relationships. At Trinity Group International, our business model is based on mutual success; since we buy goods, we have a “pound of flesh in the game” and when we prosper, so do our vendors. WAYS WE CAN PARTNER FOR
E-COMMERCE SUCCESS

Trinity Group purchases inventory according to a forecast plan that allows for regular and predictable purchase orders. We manage all aspects of the listings and maintenance efforts for the goods sold through the Paragon Trading Post.

Full-Service: E-commerce outsourced agreement

In this setting, the team at Trinity Group International will take full responsibility for the management of your Seller Account. In this outsourced agreement,  all inventory ownership will remain with the vendor.

Trinity Group is easily accessible and VERY professional.  Their content and attention to what makes our brands unique has created an increase in sales. Sales rank is up, unit sales are up and MAP pricing is protected. They are a joy to work with.

How, in a marketplace that is so saturated, can someone stand out from their toughest competition using their product listings alone? We found the solution was to work with the professional staff at Trinity Group. Their understanding of the keyword algorithm has helped us bring our products up through the ranks on more than one occasion and their work has had an impact on our overall sales.

Although MAP agreements protect seller margins, price isn’t the only concern. Brand identity is also pretty important. If an items is always sold for $200 both online and in store and has a good rank on Amazon, that item becomes more valuable to retail shoppers than other companies that sell below MAP on Amazon. Paragon Trading Post has helped me clean up my pricing issue, bolstered my brand identity and helped me identify rogue sellers. As a result, all brink and mortar sales are up double digits.
